All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information where available.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery if required.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information may incur re-shipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier operational issues
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  3. Include your order number.

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability or warehouse locations.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
